Alessandro Tommasi
Alessandro Tommasi is Head of Artistic Administration of the Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester and Artistic Director of the Bartolomeo Cristofori Piano Festival and Barco Teatro in Padua. He has worked for the Verbier Festival, Trame Sonore – Mantua Chamber Music Festival and the Concours de Orléans. He writes for Amadeus, Le Salon Musical, Quinte Parallele, La Scala. In 2021 he was Host of the Chopin Talks at the Chopin Competition in Warsaw. In February 2020 his first book was published by the publisher LoGisma, dedicated to the piano works of Alfredo Casella.

Ha lavorato per il Festival di Verbier, per Trame Sonore – Mantova Chamber Music Festival e il Concours di Orléans. Scrive per Amadeus, Le Salon Musical, Quinte Parallele, La Scala. Nel 2021 è stato Host degli Chopin Talks al Concorso Chopin di Varsavia. Nel febbraio 2020 è uscito il suo primo libro per l’editore LoGisma, dedicato all’opera pianistica di Alfredo Casella.
